We are looking for an IT Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead high‑impact technology procurement initiatives, negotiate complex vendor agreements and contracts, and drive cost optimization across software, hardware, cloud, and IT services. This role partners closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to shape sourcing strategy and deliver measurable commercial value. What You’ll Do • Lead sourcing strategies for technology categories, including RFx development, vendor evaluations, scorecards, and competitive negotiations. • Translate business requirements into strong commercial agreements aligned with policy and regulatory standards. • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimize total cost of ownership across IT products and services. • Evaluate sourcing models across cloud, hybrid, outsourcing, and insourcing environments. • Maintain market intelligence on technology pricing, supplier capabilities, and industry trends. • Build strong relationships across IT, Legal, Finance, TPRM, and vendor management. • Manage purchase order processes and ensure timely delivery of IT goods and services. What You Bring • years of progressive procurement experience, including 3+ years in technology sourcing. • Proven success in large procurement organizations. • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contracting concepts and legal terms. • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive consensus. • Experience with IT asset management, financial analysis, and risk management. • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
