We are an early-stage, venture-ready technology startup developing an innovative mobile-first platform in the financial technology space. Our mission is to deliver powerful, intuitive tools that make complex processes accessible to a broad audience. We are seeking a part-time Full Stack Developer (Python / FastAPI / SQLAlchemy) to help us build, scale, and refine our product as we approach our MVP launch. 💡 Please note: This position is designed as a side engagement alongside your primary employment or studies. It is currently offered on an equity-only basis until after our MVP is launched and revenue or sustainable funding is secured. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain backend APIs and frontend components for a mobile-first product • Collaborate with design, product, and QA to deliver a secure, performant user experience • Integrate external data sources into a unified platform • Work in a containerized cloud environment for deployment and scaling • Contribute to architecture, testing, and development best practices Preferred Skills & Experience: • Strong backend experience with Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy • REST API design, relational database modeling, and CI/CD pipelines • Cloud deployment (Azure preferred) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) • Experience in early-stage startups, fintech, or data-driven SaaS a plus • Independent, communicative, and comfortable in a distributed, asynchronous team Compensation: Equity only until after MVP launch and sustainable funding or revenue. https://qompyl.com
