Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and debug software issues. Contribute to architectural discussions and design decisions. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of our software systems. Mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge and expertise. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C++. Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
