Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge. Troubleshoot and debug software issues. Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of our software applications. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++). Experience with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, pytest) is a plus.
