The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact banking products. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Drive product strategy and roadmap for Banking and Payment solutions, including Credit Card and Treasury Services. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and external stakeholders. Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations are incorporated into product design. Analyze customer acquisition funnels and propose enhancements to improve onboarding and conversion. Track product performance using relevant KPIs and recommend continuous improvements. Required Skills & Experience 9–11 years of overall experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager in the Banking domain. Strong hands-on experience in Payments, Credit Cards, and/or Treasury Services. Good understanding of customer acquisition, onboarding workflows, and digital banking journeys. Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to write clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with US banks or large financial institutions. Exposure to digital banking platforms and payment ecosystems. CSPO / SAFe PO or similar Agile certifications (preferred).
