We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. - Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate rates, schedule shipments, and track deliveries in real-time. - Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts, working closely with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies. - Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., sales, procurement, customer service) to ensure smooth operational flow. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize transit times. - Resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly and professionally, finding effective solutions. - Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). - Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. - Utilize logistics software and systems to manage shipments, track inventory, and analyze data. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, or similar role. - Strong understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and transportation methods. - Proficiency in using logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. - Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
