About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Identity & Access Management Analyst to support day-to-day identity lifecycle operations and contribute to the design and implementation of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, enjoys solving access-related challenges, and is passionate about improving security and compliance. Position Title: Identity & Access Management Analyst Location: Remote (excluding CA and HI) - CST/MST work hours preferred Employment Type: 12-month contract (Contract-to-Hire potential) Compensation: $20-$23.34/hour Key Responsibilities • Manage user access requests and incidents using ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system. • Provision, modify, and terminate user accounts across systems, applying least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC). • Support large-scale account setups (e.g., training classes, project rollouts). • Participate in IT compliance and attestation projects. • Analyze access requests to ensure alignment with role-based and security requirements. • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to access protocols. • Propose and implement process improvements. • Update departmental SOPs and create documentation for new processes. • Serve as an on-call resource for incident response and operational support. Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of Identity & Access Management experience using ServiceNow. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Recent experience with Microsoft Active Directory preferred. • Comfortable participating in remote meetings with video as needed. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
