Full Description

Job Description: • Lead supplier and commercial contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service agreements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and strategic business partners. • Support sourcing, procurement, and supply chain strategies that improve cost, quality, delivery, and operational performance. • Analyze supplier capabilities, capacity, market conditions, and business requirements to mitigate risk and ensure continuity of supply. • Partner with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives. • Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement opportunities. • Conduct business analyses related to operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and supply chain performance. • Identify opportunities for process improvements that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance business operations. • Develop and implement sustainable business processes and reporting methods. • Support business transformation initiatives and process optimization projects. • Prepare recommendations and presentations that support business and sourcing decisions. • Travel up to 50%. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or a related field. • Experience negotiating supplier agreements, commercial contracts, and business terms. • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and supplier management. • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and recommend solutions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel up to 50%. • Experience within the semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, or related advanced manufacturing industries. • Experience supporting business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. • Knowledge of supplier performance management, contract compliance, and risk mitigation. • Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
