Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Compliance Manager to lead and manage the Quality Compliance team for our sector. The selected candidate will oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems, as well as monitoring their effectiveness. This role is responsible for ensuring that we maintain all necessary Quality certifications to support our products and service offerings. This includes developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting audits, and resolving quality issues. • Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO9001, AS9100, CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC standards • Plan and conduct audits of our products, services, and processes • Support external audits and appraisals • Perform Quality Assurance duties on direct program work where required • Represent Quality Assurance in new business proposals for US Government Professional Services contracts • Drive Corrective & Preventative Action (CAPA) for applicable scope • Work with other departments to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of our business • Manage the Quality Compliance team; assign work, monitor performance, set performance goals, develop talent Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related science • 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 4 years in a leadership role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with a variety of root cause analysis tools and techniques • Proficiency with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC standards • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
