Position Title: UX Content Strategist Location: Remote Clearance Requirements: None Position Status: Contract Pay Rate: $65/hr on W2 Position Description: We are seeking an experienced UX Strategist to lead and shape the interaction design strategy across large-scale, enterprise-level digital initiatives. This role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centered experiences across web, mobile, and application platforms, while aligning user needs with business and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner who excels at solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and delivering elegant, data-informed design solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to define and execute best-in-class user experiences for clients and investors. Key Responsibilities: • Lead program-level UX and interaction design strategy for large-scale digital initiatives • Translate complex business and user needs into clear, actionable design solutions • Drive end-to-end UX efforts including research, wireframes, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, technology, marketing, business) to deliver cohesive user experiences • Balance user-centered design principles with business, brand, and marketing goals • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user experience • Oversee day-to-day project deliverables, timelines, workflows, and issue resolution • Present, communicate, and advocate for UX strategies and design solutions to senior stakeholders • Apply knowledge of modern technologies, platforms, and devices to ensure technically feasible solutions • Foster collaboration across the enterprise and contribute to continuous UX maturity and best practices Required Skills / Education: • 5+ years of professional experience in UX strategy, interaction design, content strategy, or digital experience design • Demonstrated experience designing for enterprise-scale web and mobile applications • Strong expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, usability, and interaction design • Experience with research methods, data analysis, and design validation techniques • Working knowledge of content management systems, metadata best practices, and scalable content models • Familiarity with digital modernization concepts and enterprise UX practices • Ability to clearly present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree preferred • Experience in UX, information architecture, content management, or digital marketing is a plus About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm-we are a trusted career partner.
