This role is responsible for managing scheduling, supervising a two-person overnight installation team, wrapping large commercial vehicles (buses and trains), ensuring contract compliance, and serving as the primary on-site point of contact during installations at rail yards and bus depots. This is a critical leadership position with high visibility and performance-based earning potential. This position requires flexibility, as workload may vary from as few as three nights per week to as many as seven consecutive nights depending on the client’s installation schedule. Key Responsibilities • Schedule: Primarily 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Variable Based on Client Needs) • Manage all overnight wrap installations for assigned fleet client(s). • Supervise, lead and work along side (installing vinyl) a two-person hourly installation team. • Be physically present on-site at rail yards, bus depots, and other installation acting installing during overnight shifts. • Coordinate and manage installation schedules based on client needs and production timelines. • Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and in strict accordance with contract specifications. • Perform nightly shift reporting to the client, including completed units, issues, and next-day plans. • Maintain high standards of quality control and brand accuracy. • Communicate directly with QC Signs & Graphics leadership regarding progress, challenges, and performance. • Enforce safety procedures, company policies, and jobsite expectations. • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members when needed. • Proactively resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule. Required Qualifications • Previous experience in project management, operations management, or field supervision (signage, wraps, construction, or production environment preferred). • Experience supervising teams in overnight or non-traditional work schedules strongly preferred. • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and consecutive shifts when required. • Comfortable working independently in field environments such as rail yards and bus depots. • High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor/industrial environments.
