Role Overview: QBS Learning is seeking Bilingual Spanish Content Reviewers to join our team for a K–5 educational program review project. The primary responsibility of the Content Reviewer will be to assess complete units of instruction, ensuring quality, clarity, and alignment with program guidelines. Reviewers will work with instructional materials developed for K–5 grades and provide feedback in Spanish. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the U.S. who can begin immediately. The role requires fast-paced, efficient reviewing with a 1-day turnaround time for each unit. Key Responsibilities: • Content Review: Review instructional units (40–50 units total) for K–5 grade levels, with a focus on accuracy, clarity, language appropriateness, and alignment with educational standards. • Bilingual Review: Conduct all content reviews in Spanish, ensuring the language used is appropriate for a Spanish-speaking K–5 student audience. • Flag Issues: Identify and flag content-related issues, inconsistencies, or misalignments within the units. • Provide Feedback: Offer detailed feedback on how to improve or modify content, with particular attention to language quality, instructional clarity, and grade-level appropriateness. • Collaborate: Work closely with a third-party implementation team who will handle the correction of flagged issues. • Fast-Paced: Complete reviews efficiently within the 1-day turnaround time for each assigned unit. Qualifications: • Bilingual Proficiency: Native-level or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and reviewing educational content). • Experience: Prior experience in content editing, instructional design, or educational content review, especially for K–5 materials. Familiarity with educational standards and curriculum development is a plus. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that content is both linguistically accurate and pedagogically sound. • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision. • Education Background: A degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using online collaboration tools and content management systems. • Availability: Ability to start immediately and commit to the project timeline Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.24 - $21.98 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Flexible schedule • Health insurance Experience: • K-5 ELA Editing: 3 years (Preferred) • Bilingual Educational Editing: 3 years (Preferred) • K-12 Educational Publishing: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
