As we continue expanding our retail and logistics operations, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Operation Specialist to oversee our Hackensack warehouse and grow into a future retail management role within our company. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. • Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates to maintain accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain organized inventory systems and accurate stock records. • Oversee order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of shipments. • Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and maintain productivity standards. • Communicate closely with logistics and retail teams to align warehouse output with store needs. • Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for accuracy and quality. • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervision or logistics experience required. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) preferred. • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver. • Forklift experience or certification preferred. • Strong potential and interest in transitioning to retail management within 1–2 years.
