Job Summary: Qahwah House is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Operations and Quality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations across the assigned region. The role focuses on ensuring that all location managers follow the operational manual and company standards to provide excellent customer service, maintain high product quality, and maximize sales. The Regional Location Manager will also ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and consistency in drink quality across all locations. Key Responsibilities: • Supervision of Location Managers:Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the location managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations at each location within the region. • Operational Oversight:Ensure compliance with Qahwah House's operational manual, including but not limited to food safety, quality standards, store cleanliness, and customer service. • Performance Monitoring:Review and analyze the performance metrics of each location (sales, customer feedback, inventory management, etc.) and work with location managers to achieve targets. • Training & Development:Train, coach, and mentor location managers to improve their operational knowledge, leadership skills, and adherence to food safety protocols. Ensure ongoing training programs are being implemented consistently across all locations. • Food Safety & Compliance:Ensure all locations strictly follow local, state, and federal food safety regulations. Implement regular audits to verify compliance with health codes, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. • Quality Control & Drink Consistency:Maintain and enforce consistent quality in drink preparation across all locations. Conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to Qahwah House recipes, preparation methods, and ingredient standards, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and consistency. • Inventory & Cost Management:Oversee inventory control and cost management strategies across the region, ensuring adherence to budgets and minimizing waste. • Compliance & Safety:Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal health, safety, and labor regulations, conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement. • Customer Satisfaction:Monitor customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively. • Travel & On-Site Support:Regularly visit and inspect all regional locations, providing on-site support as necessary to resolve challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain food safety and drink quality. • Reporting & Communication:Regularly report to upper management on the performance of regional stores, challenges faced, and suggested improvements. Facilitate smooth communication between the corporate office and store locations. • Business Development:Assist in identifying new opportunities for expansion within the region and work on strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales growth. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or similar role in retail or food & beverage industry. • Strong leadership and decision-making skills. • In-depth knowledge of store operations, sales management, food safety regulations, and performance analysis. • Ability to travel frequently across the region. • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Familiarity with food safety regulations and ensuring drink quality consistency. • Strong understanding of labor laws, health, and safety regulations. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in coffee shops, cafes, or the food and beverage industry. • Experience with franchise operations.
