Manage customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and renewals while collaborating internally and traveling frequently to support implementations.
3-5 years outside sales experience preferably in food/beverage/CPG, SME knowledge of QAD Redzone, negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 60%.
Description: • Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of Redzone customers and drive account retention • Monitor customer health and adoption metrics and take action to mitigate churn risk • Identify opportunities to expand Redzone usage across additional sites, plants, or modules and design value-driven expansion proposals • Consistently achieve or exceed expansion and upsell targets and manage renewal processes • Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders from site directors to executives and align Redzone solutions with business objectives • Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product, services, and support improvements • Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation & Coaching, Development/Engineering, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure onboarding, adoption, and forecast expansion pipeline • Capture success stories, references, and case studies from install base customers • Travel as required (up to 60%) to engage customers and support implementations Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Sales, Operations or Business Management - preferred but not required • 3-5 years’ experience in outside sales (preferably in food, beverage, CPG sector) • Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of QAD Redzone’s products/services • Ability to negotiate successfully • Necessary marketing skills • Fast learner and quick thinker • Ability to focus on both results and clients’ needs • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with desire to meet sales quotas • Ability to prepare presentations and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively • Ability to meet with prospects and clients and identify business needs • Ability to engage confidently with C-level Executives and decision makers • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with applicable CRM (Salesforce) • Sound judgement and excellent assessment skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks • Knowledge and ability to learn computer-based software required to perform the job • Ability to manage projects and time under stress and deadlines • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to work, adapt and grow in a high paced, competitive, rapid growth environment • Willingness to travel up to 60% as required Benefits: • U.S. benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage • 401(k) plan with company match • Short-term and long-term disability coverage • Life insurance • Paid-time off • Parental leave • Well-being programs • Eligible for commission • Remote work (position is Remote) • Travel opportunities (up to 60% travel)
