We are looking for someone who: Has 3+ years of building and running elevated, in-person executive experiences. Think intimate dinners, curated roundtables, and high-signal happy hours for senior technical leaders. Is the natural “face of the room.” You’re energized by hosting—welcoming guests, setting the stage with a tight pre-dinner pitch, and guiding conversation so every attendee gets value. Owns the full funnel, end to end. You handle venue selection, guest sourcing, confirmations, and disciplined post-event follow-up that converts. Is driven by pipeline and revenue impact. You can clearly articulate how your events influenced meetings, SQOs, and closed-won. Speaks the language of engineering executives. You’re comfortable curating conversations for CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and technical founders—and know what keeps them up at night. Bonus: has prior sales experience. You thrive partnering with AEs, talking next steps, and interacting with prospects. Things you will do: Own end-to-end executive event programming. Plan, produce, and host elevated dinners and roundtables with a repeatable playbook that scales. Drive the right attendance. Build targeted lists, craft compelling invites, coordinate with AEs and Field Marketing Specialists, and run thoughtful outreach. Be the on-site point person and moderator. Open the room, deliver a sharp 2–3 minute pitch, keep discussions flowing, and ensure every guest leaves with clear next steps. Turn events into revenue. Track attendance, meetings/SQOs/pipeline, report impact, and iterate to maximize ROI. Lead “fill-the-room” motions. Orchestrate invite strategy and sequences—and roll up your sleeves for targeted cold outreach when needed. Travel to key markets (~30%).
