Full Description

Immediate Employment • Pay range from $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 yearly • Full-Time Non-Exempt Position • Must reside in the Bay Area • In branch position Project coordinators work with a project manager to better ensure the project they are assigned to do is finished on time, correctly, and within the client’s allotted budget. As the keepers of the smaller tasks and moving parts within a project, they also oversee the day-to-day progression of the project and keep an eye on its administrative tasks. Project coordinators work on their specified projects in conjunction with other team members and create an agreed-upon timeline and schedule. They check in with the team to receive updates on the progress throughout the life of the project, and to ensure that initial goals and priorities remain intact. They often use spreadsheets to track a project’s timeline, the budget, and any other relevant information. They are often called upon to track and organize the financial files and documents, contracts, and any reports or invoices. Qualifications • An associate or a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or engineering or 1-3years equivalent experience • Dedication to professionalism and a positive attitude • Prior consulting experience • Demonstrated leadership skills • A collaborator and critical thinker • Sound time management and problem-solving skills • Experience with change orders and multitasking • Possess exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales team members, project managers, operation team members, and finance personnel, to achieve common goals and objectives • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different computer systems • Resume should specify relevant responsibilities, daily functions at prior employers • High School Diploma or equivalent • Pass a pre-employment background check • Must be authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities • Assist with procurement of equipment, parts, supplies as needed • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule • Analyze data and draw conclusions to make recommendations • Inform leadership of project status on an ongoing basis • Track project financials, including creating work orders and validate invoices • Ensure project documentation is properly reviewed and maintained and made available in a timely manner • Serve as liaison for projects across internal and external stakeholders • Help to develop and maintain knowledge and skills and keep up to date with new processes and procedures • Completion of Closeout/warranty Documentation to the customer • Interact with outside customers using outstanding customer service skills and diplomacy • Filing prelim notices • Document management • Scheduling technicians and reviewing labor billed to jobs • Scheduling inspections • Submitting drawings for permits • Running cost to complete meeting • Assist in billing meeting • Update/ maintain project log • Submittal review • Other ad hoc responsibilities • Perform other duties as assigned Physical And Environmental Demands Sitting – Constantly (6-8 hours/daily) • Walking – Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) • Standing- Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) • Standing on Ladder- Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) • Bending (Neck and Waist) – Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) • Twisting (Neck and Waist) – Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) • Lifting 0-20 Lbs. – Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) • Carrying 0-20 Lbs. – Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) Benefits Include • Medical, Dental, Vision and Life, insurance plans – employee contributions required • Basic Life/AD&D Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance – covered by the employer • Discounted AFLAC is available at the employee's expense • 401K Retirement plan • Vacation days, dependent on the position • CA Paid Sick Leave earned at the rate per CA state law requirements • Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after, Christmas Day Pyro-Comm Systems, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
