Immediate need for a talented Technical Curriculum Developer- Workflow. This is a 18+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Florida (Remote). Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • End-to-end instructional design experience across ILT, VILT, eLearning, simulations, labs, and assessments, using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and SnagIt. • AI-focused learning development, including creation of Generative AI and Agentic AI training content and integration of AI tools to enhance learning workflows and outcomes. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering with SMEs, product teams, instructors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, track product and release updates, and perform content review and QA. • Project and release management experience, including planning and scheduling work, updating course metadata and documentation, mentoring junior team members, and supporting lab environments. • Expert-level curriculum development experience (9 years) with strong multimedia design skills, working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, and optional familiarity with client platform and SecOps concepts. • You will design and deliver high-quality learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, on-demand, and simulator-based training. • This includes developing written content, videos, interactive modules, job aids, clear instructional narratives, real-world use cases, guided lab exercises, and legally defensible assessments. • You will actively support product release planning and continuous improvement by creating engaging Generative AI and Agentic AI training content, testing and validating course functionality, enhancing existing materials, analyzing learner survey data, and configuring client lab instances. • In this role, you will collaborate closely with SMEs, course owners, instructors, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, update course specifications and metadata, manage project deliverables, mentor junior contributors, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and ongoing program success.
