Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills:5+ Years of Experience in UCAAS (Unified Communications) • 7+ Years of experience in Product Management • 5+ years of experience launching new products • Product manager who wrote product requirement, knows what UCaaS (Unified Communications) is, and has experience launching new products. • True Product Manager, define new product. Will use AI to automate calls for customer service. • Understands business, needs strong business acumen to develop the right offering. Be able to ask technical questions. • Primary skill set= true product manager. • Able to define offerings. Interview customers to develop the right solution. • Candidate who has experience in communication space, telephone product, Unified Comms like Webex or Teams- have they worked on these products to develop capabilities. • The Product Manager drives the vision of the technology product. • In this role they are accountable for owning and prioritizing the marketing product roadmap and requirements for delivery. • They serve as an advocate for the marketing team and ensuring marketing technology products provide a sufficient end user experience. • This resource will be responsible for developing the strategic foundation for an product aimed at both small businesses and enterprise clients. • Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Product Management, this role will lead the creation of a comprehensive Solutions Requirements Document (SRD). • The individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define product requirements, customer journey flows, and a set of configurable options that meet diverse business needs.
