Immediate need for a talented L1 Service Desk Analyst. This is a 12+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is Atlanta, GA (Remote). Key Responsibilities: • Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques for hardware, software, and applications. • Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system. • Assist with system configurations, installations, and basic network troubleshooting. • Document and escalate issues as needed to senior support teams. • Stay engaged with ongoing training and development opportunities. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills; IVR-Avaya • High Volume Calling experience is needed. • (2-weeks Onsite training in Atlanta GA at Client location) Our client is a leading Pest control industry , and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
