Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Rakuten, PPC management skills, customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills in English, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
E-commerce Manager Location: Japan Language: Japanese and English (Fluency required) Responsibilities: Manage and optimize e-commerce operations on Amazon Seller Central, Rakuten, and Vendor Central (a plus) Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and sales Develop and execute strategies for growth and sales optimization Manage customer service inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Maintain organization of daily operations and ensure efficient workflow Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, Rakuten, and Vendor Central (preferred) Strong background in PPC management Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for growth Strong communication skills in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
