Full Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Operations Manager to manager our design and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and operational improvement within a creative environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, action first mindset, and effective communication to lead our packaging design team and make sure projects are completed on time and the team is performing up to our standard. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Create, update, and maintain project tasks and plans for creative team projects, including packaging, logos, manuals, and special creative requests. Task and Priority Assignment: Assign and manage designer tasks and priorities to make sure that projects are done in priority and on time. Onboard and Training: Onboarding and training of new employees in the creative department. Performance Tracking: Compile and publish internal team metrics and reports to track the performance of creative projects, team members, and operations, based on management direction. Team Management: Lead and maintain team standards for packaging and design execution. Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and manage correspondence with stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Requirements Photoshop and Design Skills: Ability to make small needed changes as needed Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 2+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, and team lead. Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for data management, scheduling, and reporting, as well as familiarity with project management tools like Teamwork or Asana. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative professionals. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in written and spoken English (required). Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to driving operational and creative improvements. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Scope Allocation based on workload and business priorities. Salary Range: $800 – $1200 USD per month Start Date ASAP
