These individuals handle property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development projects. In physical security management at PwC, you will focus on confirming the safety and protection of people, assets, and information through the implementation and management of physical security measures. You will utilise risk assessments, security system design, and emergency response planning in your work. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity As part of the Property Management team, you will oversee the implementation of the firm's comprehensive security program to protect the firm's partners, employees, property, and assets. You will also support the department’s mission of protecting people, property, and information. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing and coordinating security technical requirements between the Security Operations Center and Firm stakeholders. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
