In SAP programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within an organisation. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Working in SAP programme management, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. The Opportunity As part of the SAP Program Management team you consult, design, implement, support, and lead significant tracks on larger projects or lead mid-sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite. As a Senior Manager you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Responsibilities - Consult, design, implement, and support significant tracks on larger projects - Lead mid-sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite - Innovate processes and maintain operational excellence - Engage with clients at a senior level to drive project success - Apply specialized knowledge and technical proficiency to deliver quality outcomes - Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems - Develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams - Foster an environment of transparency and open communication What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 8 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Specializing in ITIL v3 or other Service-based principles - Managing large software applications - Interacting with experienced client buyers and influencers - Developing complex onsite implementation and outsourcing proposals - Leading technical development efforts and off-shore resources - Designing, building, testing, and deploying SAP solutions - Evaluating new support processes and competitive offerings - Collaborating with Technical, Solution, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams - Developing strategy and presenting to various levels of industry audiences Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
