Specialty/Competency: Operations Industry/Sector: Banking and Capital Markets Time Type: Full time Travel Requirements: Up to 40% The Opportunity As a Bank Platform Transformation - Data Migration-Conversion Lead - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of data migration and conversion within our Core Banking Technology sector. Your expertise in business application consulting will be instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Your growing knowledge of business operations will help identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities • Leading data migration and conversion projects within banking and capital markets • Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency • Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations • Guiding teams in the integration and utilization of business applications • Providing training and support to clients for seamless software adoption • Utilizing analytical reasoning and business data analytics to drive strategic transformation • Developing documentation and delivering technical consultation for project success • Embracing technology innovation to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to address data challenges • Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth What You Must Have • At least a Bachelor's degree • At least 4 years of experience What Sets You Apart • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree • Demonstrating proficiency in business data analytics and technology integration • Utilizing strategic planning and project management skills in banking • Excelling in coaching and developing team members for performance • Implementing technology solutions in core banking transformations • Analyzing complex systems to identify opportunities for improvement • Embracing change and innovation to drive business transformation The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
