Posting: AP7354 Location: Edgerton Elementary Position: Office Manager Hours: 8 Hours, Monday - Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM Calendar: 260-Day Rate: PAEOP Level C Notes: The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support in the operation of the school/department. This position acts as a liaison between the principal/director, District staff and the public; composes and reviews correspondence; answers telephone; maintains departmental files; assists with processing documentation for the accounting, payroll, purchasing and budget departments and provides general support where needed. Experience Required: • Successful candidates must have experience with customer service, Microsoft Office products and programs, scheduling, and project management. Required Testing: • Candidate must pass a clerical assessment for this position if considered for hire. • Assessments are given by invitation only.
