Responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring they effectively reach out to potential customers and set up meetings/calls to build a healthy sales pipeline while also carrying an individual contribution number. Providing coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring to achieve SDR goals and acting as a bridge between the SDR team and sales management to optimize lead generation and development of talent. 50% of your time will be spent supporting and coaching a team of SDR’s, while the other 50% of your time is to directly engage with potential Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. What You’ll Do: Supervisory Responsibilities: Daily team supervision: You'll be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of your SDRs, ensuring they're on track to meet their targets, and supporting them with any challenges they may be facing. Performance monitoring: Track their progress and provide feedback to help them improve. Providing real-time coaching and feedback: You'll offer guidance and support to your SDRs, helping them refine their skills, overcome obstacles, and develop their strengths. Ensuring adherence to sales processes and best practices: You'll ensure that your team is following established sales processes, leveraging best practices, and utilizing available tools and resources to maximize their efficiency. Escalate any performance-related issues to the manager. Duties/Responsibilities: Support Mid-Market and Enterprise customers Reach out to potential customers who have never engaged with Resi Media, i.e., cold prospecting. Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services Work pipeline of long term prospects Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives Achieve KPIs associated with role Player/coach role of individual contribution to goal while coaching your team of SDR’s What You’ll Bring: A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree) with BS/BA preferred Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce a plus) 2+ years of inside sales experience required Work Environment & Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
