We have immediate openings for a Branch Office Coordinator who can handle a variety of office responsibilities and support our caregivers who are providing care for our community's most vulnerable. Works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team on identifying best practices, and strategies, and onboarding clinical/administrative staff. * Coordinate and ensure pre-employment activities are completed and in compliance with company standards. * Conducts new employee orientation and ensures all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate areas * Consult with HR Manager on all employee-related matters including but not limited to corrective actions, terminations, promotions, demotions, etc. prior to action * Assists with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification
