Compensation : $21.00 Essential Duties & Responsibilities : • Ensure mix equipment is running at peak efficiencies • Follow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all else • Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift • Load and unload items from machines and dollies • Ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol • Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process • Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle • Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift • Responsible for proper labeling and packaging of finished items • Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting issues Required Skills, Education, Experience : • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead. Someone with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment Physical Requirements : Physical activities may occasionally include : • Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time • Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions Physical activities may constantly include : • Communicating with others to exchange information • Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and / or fingers • Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned Environmental Conditions may occasionally include : • Noisy open office environment Work Hours (Good Faith Estimate) : This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
