Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Fair Lawn, NJ, for a Pro Video Audio Equipment Technical Support Specialist. Responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting clients with the configuration, and troubleshooting of audio-visual (AV) equipment, supporting sales engineering tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves addressing inquiries related to PureLink's products and services while working closely with the team to deliver exceptional technical assistance. Responsibilities As part of our Technical Support Team, your responsibilities will include: • White glove, first class customer support • On site customer support, as needed • Timely resolution of customer issues. • Building ongoing solution database • Evaluating, troubleshooting, and servicing product • Performing Quality Assurance testing of outgoing orders • Providing pre-sales engineering support for internal and external clients • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work on-site in Fair Lawn, NJ • Degree or certification in a related field, such as AV Technology, is a plus Qualifications: Candidates MUST have the following experience: Minimum 2 Years of work experience specifically in the Pro Video field, working with video transport, sources, displays.
