What You Will Be Doing: Oversee all warehouse and fulfillment operations, including receiving, intake, verification, storage, vaulting, and outbound shipments. Supervise and train Warehouse Technicians: assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and control across all stages: intake, processing, storage, and fulfillment. Implement and enforce operational processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and transactions are processed smoothly. Ensure packaging, shipping, and handling standards are consistently met. Track performance metrics such as efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time, and identify areas for improvement. Uphold security, safety, and compliance requirements for precious metals and rare coins. Support daily workflows with hands-on involvement as needed. Who You Are: Have 3+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics management (experience with precious metals, collectibles, or other high-value assets is a plus). Strong knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, inventory management, fulfillment, and shipping. Process-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience supervising and training team members. Able to identify operational issues and implement improvements. Familiar with warehouse systems and tools (inventory management software, shipping systems, WMS/ERP). Effective communicator, able to set clear expectations and coordinate across teams. Dependable, disciplined, and consistent in maintaining compliance and accuracy. Bonus: Experience handling high-value or sensitive assets. Knowledge of vaulting, secure storage, or chain-of-custody practices. Familiarity with OSHA standards, warehouse safety, or security protocols.
