Full Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs focused on Product Management, AI-driven Automation, and Payments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the product lifecycle, defining user stories and product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs in Jira, and partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills to build data-driven dashboards, automate operational processes using AI technologies, and drive successful delivery of payment and customer checkout initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic problem solver with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and program execution skills. Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of product and program initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget. • Manage the product lifecycle by defining user stories, maintaining product roadmaps, and prioritizing backlogs using Jira. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external payment partners to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. • Drive AI-powered automation initiatives to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency using modern AI technologies. • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports to monitor program performance and support data-driven decision-making. • Analyze operational and transactional data to identify trends, solve complex business problems, and provide actionable insights. • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership. • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks throughout the program lifecycle. • Support payment platforms, customer checkout flows, payment gateways, billing systems, fraud prevention processes, and digital wallet integrations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of business objectives and continuous process improvements. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and industry best practices. • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement while delivering an exceptional customer checkout experience. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Required). • Master's degree or MBA is a plus. • 6+ years of overall IT experience. • 3+ years of Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Project Management experience. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
