Candidates should have demonstrated success in providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment and possess advanced organizational and discretion skills. A hybrid skill set combining administrative support with facility management is also required.

THE ROLE Join us as a high-impact Executive Assistant, serving as a critical partner to the Public Sector Sales leadership team and acting as the primary operational and cultural driver for our future Reston, VA customer experience center & office. You will manage complex administrative priorities for key executives while simultaneously ensuring the Reston office operates as a vital hub for work, learning, customer engagement and culture. This dual-focused role requires a highly resourceful strategist who excels at managing executive schedules and complex logistics, and who is equally passionate about cultivating a positive, productive, and well-managed physical environment for the team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Maximize Executive Time and Focus by owning and meticulously managing complex calendars, strategically prioritizing meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts across global and cross-functional teams. Orchestrate Global Logistics by carefully researching, arranging, and managing complex domestic and international travel itineraries, and processing expense reports and purchase requisitions with flawless accuracy and compliance. Serve as a Strategic Liaison by acting as the primary, professional, and discrete point of contact between leadership, internal organizations, customers, and external partners. Own Office Operations and Culture by managing day-to-day office needs (supplies, equipment, cleanliness, security access) and acting as the Culture Ambassador for the new customer experience center; planning and coordinating company events, workshops for internal & external partners, team lunches, and off-sites to foster a positive, collaborative environment. Manage Critical Site Logistics by acting as the main point of contact and liaison for all office vendors, partners & customers, ensuring timely resolution of work orders, building-related issues, and efficient setup. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Reston, VA office (once launched) in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. WHAT YOU BRING Expert Executive Support demonstrated success in providing direct, high-level administrative support for a C-level executive or equivalent senior leadership role in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Organizational and Discretion Skills proven ability to handle highly confidential information with impeccable discretion, prioritize conflicting requests, and demonstrate a proactive, anticipatory approach to problem-solving. Hybrid Skill Set and Resourcefulness demonstrated success in combining high-level administrative support with facility management (office operations, vendor management, event planning) in a physical office setting. Technology-Driven Efficiency proficiency across Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office, and Zoom, with the ability to swiftly master new enterprise and scheduling platforms. Collaboration and Communication exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to build positive relationships, greet and assist guests, communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of staff and external partners, and being a cultural ambassador. #LI-ONSITE #LI-KT1 Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
