You will be resourceful, pay close attention to detail, take initiative and a self-starter.About The RoleAs a Social Media Creator, you will work closely with your team and the communications, design, and video departments to implement and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms through content creation. We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and are equipped with a full-service studio. We encourage someone in this position to utilize the tools available at our office. The Social Media Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for multiple brands over multiple platforms.We are launching two additional sexual wellness brands this summer and have multiple brand partners you will be working on. We are seeking someone with new ideas who loves creating and thrives in a fast-moving environment.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a social media content strategy for our brands along with our teamCreate and curate content for our various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other emerging social platformsShoot and edit visually engaging and professional photos and videos optimized for socialCreate eye-catching graphics, motion graphics, and stories tailored to suit each platformWork with ambassadors and influencers to generate user-generated contentOrganize and manage creative assets and maintain an organized archiveCollaborate with the Pure Romance team to ensure consistency of brand messaging and integrated social media campaignsStay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and latest developments in social media marketing, and apply insights to improve content performanceWhat Will Make You Stand OutBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Photography, or a related field1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketingCreativity and ability to think outside the box to develop new and innovative content ideasAbility to create engaging and shareable content that resonates with the target audiencesStrong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneouslyUnderstanding of branding guidelines and ability to ensure consistency across all social media platformsExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsExpertise in social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and knowledge of other emerging platformsKnowledge of video production and editing for platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapcutProficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suites, other content creation apps such as Canva, CapCut, and GoDaddy StudioUnderstanding of photography equipment and photo editing is preferredAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasksPosition Type/Expected Hours Of WorkThis is a part-time, in-person position in our Downtown Cincinnati office. The role will be a contract-to-hire position. You will be hired as a contractor for the first 6 months and have the opportunity to sign on for a full-time position when the contract ends.
