About PURE Restoration PURE Restoration is a full-spectrum disaster restoration and reconstruction company dedicated to helping homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients recover from unexpected damage. Position Overview We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in property restoration to join our growing team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage restoration projects from start to finish—ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client service. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of restoration projects, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with clients, property managers, and insurance partners. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources • Conduct site assessments to evaluate damage and plan restoration strategies • Coordinate workflows among internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors Client Communication & Stakeholder Management • Serve as primary contact for clients, property managers, and insurance adjusters • Provide consistent project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns • Foster long-term client relationships and promote repeat business Budgeting & Cost Management • Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost forecasts • Monitor expenses, track against budget, and identify savings opportunities • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for best pricing and service Quality Assurance & Compliance • Implement quality control procedures to ensure workmanship meets standards • Conduct inspections and audits to identify and resolve deficiencies • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices Team Leadership • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams • Delegate tasks and provide performance feedback • Encourage continuous improvement and support career development initiatives Required Qualifications • Proven experience in restoration or construction project management • Deep understanding of restoration techniques and building assembly methods • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards • Proficient in Xactimate, PSA, Encircle, and DocuSketch • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment What We Offer • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Comprehensive group benefits package • Supportive and dynamic team environment • Opportunities for career growth and professional development Apply Today!
