We deliver packages safely and efficiently as part of Amazon’s Delivery Service Partner program. If you're reliable, energetic, and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do: • Safely drive a cargo van (high roof) and deliver up to 300+ packages per day • Operate in all weather conditions — rain, snow, heat, and more • Enter/exit vehicle at each stop using proper safety procedures • Navigate routes using provided handheld technology • Load, sort, and organize packages for delivery • Deliver packages to doorsteps, lifting up to 50 lbs • Use sound judgment when handling customer deliveries • Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors • Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines • Work 10.5-hour shifts, starting around 10:15 AM • Work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and on some holidays Why Join Us: ✔ Full-time schedule in just 4 days/week ✔ Paid training provided ✔ Health benefits available ✔ Weekly performance bonuses ✔ Advancement opportunities (Team Lead, Supervisor, etc.) ✔ Company support available throughout your route ✔ All equipment and safety gear provided ✔ Lunch break included What You Need to Qualify: • Valid driver’s license (out-of-state accepted) • 6 months to 1 year of recent experience driving a Cargo Van, Box Truck, or Step Van • Ability to lift, carry, and deliver packages up to 50 lbs • Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor conditions • Experience using GPS and smartphone apps • Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service mindset • Must pass a road test and safety screening • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays COVID-19 Safety Measures: • PPE provided • Regular sanitizing and disinfecting procedures • Temperature screenings • Social distancing observed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $23.75 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Paid training Work Location: On the road
