Role: Logistics Business Development Manager We are looking for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about relationships that naturally bring value for shippers/clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a high accountability environment, understands the transportation industry, and has the strong grounding and diligence to grow business while living out servant-leadership values. Responsibilities: • Represent yourself and G & S Logistics as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor. • Prospect, develop, and manage new customer accounts in multiple markets. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through integrity and service. • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth load execution and customer satisfaction. • Negotiate rates, contracts, and pricing strategies that create win-win outcomes. • Identify opportunities for growth in dedicated lanes, project freight, and specialized services. Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales (preferred). • Strong communication and relationship-lasting skills. • Goal-oriented, life and work, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a servant-leader approach to clients and colleagues. • Familiarity with freight brokerage systems and TMS platforms (a plus).
