Job Responsibilities: • Drive product/brand awareness, consumer excitement, and trial through compelling and relevant digital communications. • Ensure digital content is consistently engaging and aligned with consumer trends and behaviors. • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that support business objectives across owned, paid, and earned channels. • Partner with retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Instacart) to activate shopper marketing and joint digital promotions. • Manage seasonal campaigns (e.g. Back to School), digital banners, promotional offers in collaboration with customer and internal marketing teams. • Lead influencer marketing efforts: source, brief, manage creators to drive awareness, reach and engagement. • Manage all timeline, deliverables, and execution. • Conduct keyword strategies, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign results. • Track and measure campaign performance and leverage optimization. Report on key metrics and ROI. • Oversee digital creative development (where relevant, through agency support) and ensure timely, high-quality execution. • Support digital components of trade shows, product launches, and other marketing programs as needed. • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to leverage joint digital activations. • Collaborate closely with external agencies (creative, media, retail partners) to plan and activate effective digital campaigns. • Coordinate with internal teams to align creative messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness. Skills/Qualifications: • Digital Marketing Agency experience strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or digital transformation roles • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, influencer marketing, and content management systems • Strong ability to develop and execute digital strategies aligned with business goals. • Proficient in digital project management frameworks • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • This position is fully onsite at our Buena Park location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.
