Job Description: Office Administrator Puget Collision is a group of auto body collision repair facilities. We are dedicated to providing industry leading customer service, quality vehicle repair and growth opportunities for Puget Team Members. As the Office Administrator you have the opportunity to be part of an amazing team at Puget Collision. The responsibilities will include general office support, scheduling, sorting, and filing documentation, maintaining sensitive information, as well as a professional demeanor with all staff members. This position is Part Time Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Office Support: Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing email correspondence, distributing mail and greeting visitors. • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and maintaining calendars. • Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and file documents, reports, and correspondence. • Data Entry: Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately for AR and AP transactions. • Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as needed and manage inventory. • Office Area: Maintain a clean, organized workspace/shared kitchen area. • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records, files and documents. • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and staff. • Task Management: Assist with accounting or administrative tasks as needed to support team and business needs. Skills/Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a relevant certification is a plus. • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times. • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. • General knowledge of accounting and / or administration. Behavioral Excellence Required: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and diligence. • Ability to keep accurate records. • Prominent level of integrity and maintains confidentiality of the company, employees, vendors at all times.
