Full Description

As an Office Administrator at Puget Collision, the responsibilities will include general office support, scheduling, sorting, and filing documentation, maintaining sensitive information, as well as a professional demeanor with all staff members.  Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Office Support: Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and greeting visitors. * Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and maintaining calendars. * Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and file documents, reports, and correspondence. * Data Entry: Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately. * Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as needed and manage inventory. * Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records, files, and documents. * Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and staff. * Task Management: Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.   Skills/Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a relevant certification is a plus. * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times. * Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. * General knowledge of accounting and / or administration. * Experience developing financial reports and metrics. Behavioral Excellence Required: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and diligence. * Ability to keep accurate records. * Prominent level of integrity and maintains confidentiality of the company, employees, vendors at all times.
