Position: Head of PPC Compensation: Upto $175,000 Base + Up to 25% Monthly Performance Bonus Location: United States (Remote) This role combines strategic architecture with hands-on campaign building. You will have full ownership of our paid search channel—backed by a $1M+/month budget—with the autonomy to test, iterate, and scale winning approaches. You will be responsible for utilizing the latest in Performance Max AI and pioneering new bidding strategies to drive our growth. What You'll Own: • Full P&L responsibility for all paid search channels. • Campaign architecture and scaling strategy from the ground up. • Mastery and optimization of Performance Max and Shopping campaigns. • An unlimited testing budget for any idea with a profitable thesis. • A direct partnership with the Forbes Council member CEO to develop and own the company's growth engine. What You'll Bring: • 5+ years managing multi-million dollar PPC budgets for competitive e-commerce or D2C brands. • Expert-level, hands-on mastery of Google Ads and Google Analytics. • A proven ability to build campaign structures that drive P&L impact. • A portfolio of campaigns you have personally architected, launched, and scaled.
