Lead and manage end-to-end data analytics projects including data pipeline development, reporting automation, stakeholder communication, and coaching offshore teams.
2+ years in data analytics or engineering, proficiency in SQL, Python, data visualization tools, Excel, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with report automation tools.
About the position Responsibilities • Lead reporting / analytical end-to-end project initiatives including project management, executive communication, defining deliverables, designing data pipelines, task delegation, resource management • Collaborating with agency, product, campaign management teams to define, plan, delegate processes for end deliverables • Develop data pipelines with processes ranging from mining, extracting, cleansing, transforming to building automatable reporting and analytics dashboards • Deliver complex actionable analytical solutions involving heavy data sets • Contribute in the discovery and expansion of new and existing methodologies, tools, and algorithms • Manage limited data engineering initiatives including setup relational databases, store, process clean data • Manage / coach / train offshore reporting and analytics resources to ensure already outlined project tasks are fulfilled and solid communication with key stakeholders is taking place • Communicate / present analytical findings and recommendations to audiences ranging from executives to working level team members Requirements • 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering, proficiency with analytics software and related education • Undergraduate degree in Math, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Statistics, Software Engineering or other quant related field • Fluency in SQL with strong understanding of relational database constructs • Proficiency in programming software (Python) • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as PowerBI / Tableau • Proficiency with MS Office products in particular Excel skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot) • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills including pipelining, cleansing, structuring, manipulating, automating, and analyzing data of various types • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to share technical results and recommendations to audiences at varying levels of analytic understanding • Experience in report scheduling / automation using tools ranging from Alteryx / Databricks / Crontab / Stored Procedures Nice-to-haves • Preferred Graduate degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering or related field • Preferred Experience with platforms such as Display Platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk), Social Platforms (Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok), Search Platforms (Google / Bing), Big Data cloud environments and other similar CRM platforms • Alteryx data cleansing/pipelining is a plus • Preferred Experience in AWS tools such as S3, Redshift, Lambda, Amazon WorkMail, EC2 Benefits • Medical coverage • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Disability insurance • 401K • Parental and family care leave • Family forming assistance • Tuition reimbursement • Flexible time off
