We are expanding our creative team to enhance our consistent and engaging visual brand presence.Job DescriptionJoin our Facilities team as an HVAC Project Manager / Operations Manager, where your technical expertise will be essential to executing HVAC projects across our national portfolio. This role is well-suited for someone who brings focus and follow-through to dynamic environments, and who can confidently move work forward with limited oversight. You’ll be responsible for translating direction into action, coordinating work with vendors, managing vendors’ performance, and ensuring projects are completed to standard. If you’re energized by hands-on execution and enjoy bringing clarity and momentum to complex workstreams, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.  Responsibilities: Coordinate HVAC project execution including repairs and HVAC equipment replacement across the national portfolio, ensuring alignment with pre-defined scopes and standards. Follow approved budgets and project plans to support timely and cost-effective delivery. Execute scopes of work using pre-approved vendors and support vendor coordination. Conduct remote quality assurance (QA) reviews using photos and documentation to validate project completion. Maintain and update HVAC asset records in coordination with internal systems and teams. Support compliance with jurisdictional requirements by following established processes. Collaborate with peers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations. Provide operational support for HVAC-related emergencies and service escalations. Assist with onboarding of new properties and HVAC system documentation during acquisitions. QualificationsExperience in residential and commercial HVAC including systems and lifecycle documentation. 5+ years of experience in HVAC project coordination, field operations, or facilities management. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction, Engineering, or related fields preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to interpret scopes of work and follow technical standards. Experience working with vendors and managing project timelines. Proficiency in remote QA tools and documentation review. Willingness to travel occasionally as needed. Additional InformationWorkplace One of our values pillars is to work as OneTeam and we believe that there is no replacement for in-person collaboration but understand the value of some flexibility.
