Position: Learning Project Coordinator Location: North Houston, Texas Duration: Longterm Contract Hybrid: 2 days per week on site Job ID: 174929 Job Overview: Our client, a leader in the aviation space, is seeking a detail-oriented Learning Project Coordinator to join the Global Learning Strategy team. In this role, you will support the design, delivery, and administration of programs while ensuring a seamless learning experience for all participants. This position involves hybrid work, with two days per week in the office and occasional travel to the regional hubs. Airline operational experience is a plus. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and maintain programs, including participant communication, scheduling, and program materials management. • Manage program logistics, such as securing training spaces and coordinating participant access to facilities. • Process and maintain accurate participant rosters and records. • Coordinate catering services for training sessions, including ordering meals and post-service cleanup. • Prepare and organize training materials, including printing, copying, and document assembly. • Communicate effectively with program participants regarding schedules, locations, and pre-work requirements. • Track and manage training supply inventory. • Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations on project status. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize and plan work to meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Baseline understanding of Rise/Articulate software. • Ability to create learning modules. • Open to candidates with at least 2 years of experience.
