Project Coordinator - Project Governance & Monitoring | San Ramon / San Jose, CA | ID# 6821 We are seeking an experienced Project Governance & Monitoring Analyst to support enterprise-level governance, compliance monitoring, and executive reporting across large capital programs. Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Prepare executive-level presentations covering project status, prioritization, and performance metrics. • Support governance review boards and senior leadership reporting. • Lead or support Monitoring & Compliance (M&C) activities assessing adherence to project management standards. • Analyze complex project data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, documentation, and reporting processes. • Track action items and follow-ups from governance sessions. • Support KPI development, dashboards, and portfolio performance tracking. • Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives. Qualifications / Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Engineering preferred). • 7+ years of experience in project governance, PMO, project controls, or utility capital programs. • Strong Transmission and Substation experience in regulated utility environments. • Experience preparing executive or board-level reporting materials. • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. • PMP certification preferred. • Ability to work onsite in San Ramon or San Jose, CA.
