Full Description

We are seeking an **AI/NLP Engineer** with strong LLM, NLP, and Databricks experience to build structured data extraction models for unstructured documents. Key Responsibilities • Build NLP and LLM-based extraction pipelines. • Design and refine prompts for structured data extraction. • Run iterative validation cycles with business stakeholders. • Develop end-to-end NLP workflows. • Implement monitoring for long-term model stability. Required Skills & Qualifications • Hands-on LLM experience, prompt design, and tuning. • Strong Python + SQL experience in Databricks. • Ability to translate vague requests into structured requirements. • Strong communication and stakeholder-facing ability. Preferred Skills • Healthcare or OCR experience a bonus.
