Your Role We’re hiring a Project Manager (Facilities, CQV) with a strong background in biotech or pharmaceutical environments to lead facility upgrades, expansions, and equipment implementation projects. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring projects meet operational and regulatory requirements. Lead facility improvement and expansion projects from planning through execution. Oversee installation and commissioning of equipment and infrastructure. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment. Support compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and long-term facility optimization. Manage project documentation and reporting. Provide technical guidance and support across facility operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. 7+ years of experience in the commissioning, qualification, and validation of cGMP facilities and equipment, with at least 3 years of project management experience. Proven experience with facility upgrades, expansions, and equipment integration. Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance. Effective communicator with solid project leadership skills. Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $100,000 - $125,000 annually.
