Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Home Health Nurse in Decatur, GA. The Home Health Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring proper treatment protocols and individualized patient care plans. Daily responsibilities include administering medications, managing wound care, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families, and monitoring patient progress. This role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting patients' health and recovery, and delivering compassionate care. Qualifications • Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine, ensuring the ability to provide skilled and specialized care • Experience and expertise in Home Care and Patient Care, focusing on personalized and compassionate services • Strong skills in Wound Care, including proper treatment techniques and management of healing processes • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to foster trust and provide clear instruction to patients and families • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia • 2+ years of experience in clinical or home health settings is preferred • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned coverage area
