As a Manager of Planning & Compensation Analytics in our Prudential Advisors Sales Compensation team, you will be responsible for overseeing a Multi-Year Forecast Process of our variable compensation programs with senior leadership, driving cross-functional partnership on profitability, and a complex Financial Advisor modeling suite. What You Will Do Maintain forward looking advisor compensation calculators and modeling tools Partner with recruiting organization to provide key profitability insights into new financial advisor acquisition Partner with Finance organization to provide Multi Year Forecast of variable expense to be used by senior management Provide subject matter expertise on existing compensation practices and trends Maintain and develop self-serve reporting for various home office requests (historical pay data, historical performance data, ad hoc senior leadership requests) Support additional work, assignments and management as needed. What You Will Bring A forward thinking mindset with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and suggestions for improvement Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight time constraints Ability to handle ad hoc reporting and analytical requests Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Ability to excel in a team environment, as well as work well independently. Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel with the ability to manage large data files Experience with data languages (SQL, python, etc…) is a plus What Will Set You Apart Well versed in the financial services landscape with an understanding of advisor and sales leader incentives Experience with corporate finance reporting schedules and lexicon Minimum of 3 years in a reporting or analytical capacity. Preferably one with complex data feeds and multiple data systems Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships. Able to work effectively with colleagues across multiple locations / virtually. Strong organization skills with the ability to successfully multitask, manage change and receive detailed performance feedback. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively explain complex processes/procedures. Self-motivated, drives deliverables and meets all required deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills Additional Requirements: This position will work virtually, therefore new hires must be able to provide the following & all new hires who work remotely will be held accountable to these standards: Subscribe to internet service provider plan with at least 25 Mbps download speeds. You must be willing to troubleshoot any issues or outages with your home internet service, contacting your service provider as necessary. The salary range for this role is from $114,500.00 to $188,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
