What you will do: As a member of the PGIM Real Estate Systems team, you will work to develop and support custom Real Estate applications in a fast-paced setting, provide architectural guidance, and lead a cross-functional team of internal and external talent. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and hands-on experience in full-stack development of complex applications in a cloud environment. Participate in establishing and enforcing technical standards with other leaders on the team Hands-on development of new and existing framework and functionality Lead a team of personnel focused on feature development, testing, and other engineering tasks Work closely with product stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and determine solutions Coordinate with scrum master and other stakeholders to delegate work assignments Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the team as needed This is a hybrid position located in PGIM Real Estate’s Dallas office. What you will bring 5+ years experience in full-stack web development Proven ability to decompose complex requirements and build solutions 3+ years of leading other team members Technologies High proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem High proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Reach and Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript Strong experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, GIT, etc.) Strong expertise in Azure or AWS cloud services Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum principles Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code What will set you apart? Architecture and Design: Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices. Build and Deployment: Experience with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker Cloud Services: Strong expertise with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Experience with deploying and managing applications in the cloud. Leadership: Ability to lead other engineers Experience in leading architecture and design discussions Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications Ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Teamwork: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to contribute to team discussions and code reviews.
